Service Department: 5 starsThe good:Dealt with Jimmy and Brian, such amazing people, both of them. Love how they take care of the car’s issues and they do it fast!! Very professional.The bad: Wish if their prices a tad lower, at least to compete with O’Brien dealership. Yet, I still trust Kahlo more than any other service department. Also, need to have better communication regarding the status of your car. I understand that employees are busy but it would be nice to have a quick text message or an email as an update.Sales Department: 3 starsThe good: Very professional people. My sales specialist was understanding. The sales manager Mike seemed intelligent and always cut to the chase without any tricks! Love that in them. I never felt that they would add any kind of hidden fees or charges, which is rare in this industry.The bad:- Prices are higher than others. Bought my new car from another dealership way less than what Kahlo asked for, so shop around!- They offered me way less than expected in my trade-in, I ended up selling my car for $1,500 more to another dealership than what Kahlo appraised it.PS. while in the process of posting this review, I noticed another review from David Chesterman. I agree with his review and his post. It seems as if we both went through an identical experience! I also got my car $2k less, and also was lowballed in my trade-in.

This is in regards the service department of Kahlo dealership:Had an awful experience with a dealership in the west side, so a friend of mine recommended Kahlo in Noblesville and I dropped my car there. I can attest that they have an amazing service crew. I dealt with Jimmy and Brian, they were both very helpful and professional. They knew what they were talking about. Thank you guys.Despite their busy day, they took care of my car needs and I left very satisfied with the provided service. I love to give credit where it's due, and I highly recommend this dealership service department. I'm expecting the same prestigious culture throughout the dealership.
